Before travel day, save the Chinese hotel name, Chinese address, phone number, and map pin. English-only hotel details are not enough for arrival-day transport.

Situation

Your booking confirmation shows only an English hotel name or address. You need a driver, station staff, or local helper to understand where to go.

Before You Start

  1. Open the hotel page before leaving airport Wi-Fi.
  2. Copy Chinese name and address.
  3. Save phone number.
  4. Screenshot map pin and building entrance if visible.
  5. Send the address to yourself offline.

Steps

  2. Save the full Chinese address.
  3. Save the phone number with area code if shown.
  4. Screenshot the booking confirmation and address.
  5. Use the Chinese address in taxi or Didi destination.
